Comment Library + flooding comments into the system for Assessment Report Cards

Admin is wondering if there's a way to:

  • Build a comment library of teachers' past comments that's easily accessible for reference when completing current comments/grades. Possibly also to include comment templates.
  • Flood comments into the system in bulk ahead of grading, using standard templates with student names inserted (like a mail merge), so they're already filled in when teachers begin grading and can just be edited as needed.


A similar idea was submitted in 2017 with no feedback (below) - hoping for better results now.

    To view historic comments, you can run the advanced list from the Template titled “Current Year Academic Grading Comments.” As far as a bulk-fill option is concerned, the closest I could find here would be to run an Import Job for Student > Record Grades-Comment which would allow you to bulk-import standardized comments.
