DB View Crashing ~10 Times / Hour

Hi, I am assuming it's a Citrix issue. Is anyone else having trouble entering gifts in database view? I have started tracking the crashes and it's happening roughly between 6 and 20 times per hour. Is this normal?

    @Trent Smither Have you checked to see if you have most recent version of Citrix?

    I was having problems working with support this spring after I couldn't get in at all suddenly. They asked about version and I told them whatever it was and the version it showed according to support had not been released yet. I have screenshots as proof. We uninstalled and then installed most recent and it was a number sequence lower than what my computer showed. No idea what happened.

    @Trent Smither - I agree with @JoAnn Strommen - this is NOT normal in any way. You should not be crashing.

    • Have you tried updating Citrix?
    • Do you have Windows updates?

    If something simple like this does not solve the problem, definitely reach out to support!!

  • @JoAnn Strommen It seems the version was off by several releases. A very easy update and so far it's been stable. Thank you!
