Unmerging

Some records were merged into others in error. I would like to undo this problem. Is there a way around it other than manually re-entering the details into newly created records?

@Osinachi Ekeagwu There is no undo button here. You'll have to manually re-enter. The only other option is a database restore.

@Osinachi Ekeagwu - Dariel is spot on. I recommend you try to resolve it manually, but if the issue is extensive or you are not able to do it that way, you will need to request a database restore from BB, here are instructions on how to do it:
