Report or list of donations for specific donation form?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there is a way to create a list or run a report of all the donations received via specific donation form?

We just had an event for which we created a specific donation form. When I look at the donation form Summary and compare it to the corresponding batches, there is a discrepancy of 1 donation for $50 (Summary says 28 transactions I have 29 in my batches).

Any thoughts???

Through NXT Donation form designer - we had a text to donate/qr code that linked to the donation form page.

@Dana Smith - The best way to locate gifts that come in through Web View is to create a gift query in DBV that looks for “Batch Number" begins with "GFT”.

@Austen Brown, I am circling back to the original question from Dana as we have many charges that we process through on specialized forms that are NOT actual gifts that we commit in a batch. We are only able to see "recent" transactions. We're looking for a complete list of those that submit something through on any of the actual online forms. We use this for reconciliation and at times, there are monies that flow through our department for clubs selling items, that we in turn then transfer the monies collected to that club after. What we do in this process currently is print off EVERY email notification when someone submits on behalf of that form and would be even more efficient, is to just be able to export those names/transactions and not just the "recent ones".
