Restricted Gift Notifications

Does anyone have tips on notifying various departments regarding gifts that have been made to their departments? Right now we manually send an email with donor/gift info but would love to find a way to automate this process.

For basic workflow, RE NXT has a Workflow designer, that allows you create a RE NXT list that will be used and can send email. However, we don't use it as it is too basic for our needs. You can check it out first.

If you need more involved process automated, then you will have to “build it” using SKY API, a good low/no code solution is Power Automate that connects to RE NXT with SKY API connector. If you want to, you can get started by visiting developer.blackbaud.com and over to the SKY Developer community forum for additional helps.
