Enrollment Management Official Notes disappear after rollover

Hi, just trying to confirm if this is correct: Any official notes sent to parents through Enrollment Management when their child is a candidate or incoming student disappear once the child becomes a student. I can still see the official note on the student's enrollment management record, but the parent now has no record of receiving it.

I cannot confirm this through the Knowledgebase (or haven't found it yet), so I'm hoping someone here can confirm.

Hello @Deanna Thompson,

The official note type access in Enrollment Management can only be given to a ‘Parent of Candidate’, ‘Parent of Incoming Student’, or ‘Parent of Past Candidate’. If the (Parent) user does not have those roles, they will not be able to see the note. Hope this helps out!
