Enrollment Management Official Notes disappear after rollover

Hi, just trying to confirm if this is correct: Any official notes sent to parents through Enrollment Management when their child is a candidate or incoming student disappear once the child becomes a student. I can still see the official note on the student's enrollment management record, but the parent now has no record of receiving it.

I cannot confirm this through the Knowledgebase (or haven't found it yet), so I'm hoping someone here can confirm.
