Looking for Classy & Wavelength reviews

Hello,

We're looking at two tools for different purposes and I'm just looking to make sure there aren't any hidden catches I should question the vendors about. So Classy we want to review as a possible tool to mainly manage events with, and Wavelength for Alumni. I haven't gotten to see any demos of either yet, though I'm working on getting those squeezed in before Summer ends hopefully. Has anyone used them and willing to share their pros and cons about them?
