Automating exports to Google Sheets or .pdf?

My school has a need to regularly reference student schedules during the first few weeks of the school year during add/drop/swap. Currently, I export a report from Blackbaud as a .csv, and copy it into a Google Sheet which does the processing that we need. However, the frequency that this needs to be updated is very high at the beginning of the year (at least twice daily), which would be difficult to do consistently without automation. Is there any way, preferably via the blackbaud API, to automate the export?

The desired output would be an arbitrary report regularly updating a set file destination on a local computer (eg. “export.csv”), or even better, a Google Sheet.
