Pending approval in batch GFT-2023-3

Recurring gift set up in NXT and gifts have been processed through BBMS but they are pending approval in NXT.

@Michael Schweighardt Unless your question is something else. It is the ‘batch’ that needs to be approved in NXT. Gifts process but have to be approved by a user to change the status from pending.

@JoAnn Strommen. When going into gift management. When clicking on fix now under gift details on right side of screen exclamation says: Gift date is invalid for fund with ID 55. I don't know what that next step is.

Generally means the gift's fund is a fund where there's a start / end date and your gift date is outside of that range.

if your batch doesn't have many gift you can just look at the gift info to see which fund it is. or just go to a fund record (any fund record and then replacing the fund system id with 55.

you can also go to database view Fund Query to query on system record id of 55.

once you find out which fund you have to go into database view to open the fund record to check and update the start/end date
