Soft Credits Incorrect on Web View

Hello! Has anyone else ran into an issue with split soft credit gifts showing up on webview as the entire amount of the gift? For example, if multiple donors give through a third party and that party then gives the gift to our organization, the third party receives the hard credit with the full amount of the gift and every individual donor receives soft credit with their actual gift amount. On database view, the soft credit is showing correctly as the split amount for every donor. However, the webview displays the entire amount of the gift for anyone with a soft credit for part of the donation.

Example: 5 donors each gave $50 through a third party. In database view, the soft credit gift amount is correctly showing the $50 amount for each donor. In webview, the soft credit amount shows that each donor gave $250 vs. $50.

which “screen” or report are you looking at.

For example, on the constiuent that got soft credited screen, under the Gift tab, it will show the full amount of the gift BUT, will say how much was soft credited to this constituent:

@Alex Wong Interesting… I am looking at the same gift tab but under gift type there is no soft credit amount listed. For example for the below example, the 2008 gift should have been soft credited for only $300 but there is nothing to suggest that the soft credit isn't for the full amount of $37K. Same with the 2007 gift.
