Constituent Profile

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to pull a constituent Profile from Webview, including constituent Profile Photos?

THanks,

Kylee :)

@Kylee Hamilton No way to so such a thing in RE NXT, only Database View. Blackbaud keeps saying all type of things will be coming to RE NXT, but so far it has been very little things and nothing much to be excited about.

Correct that the only built-in option right now is to use database view, but it will not include profile pictures.

I believe some people have done this using Power Automate, but that is not built-in to webview and takes a fair amount of learning. It probably isn't the sort of thing you could research, set up, and have running by next week. It depends on your workload and skill set.

I have not seen anything in the PUBs about this sort of functionality being added, though it doesn't mean Blackbaud isn't considering it. You could check the idea bank to see if someone has suggested it (they probably have) and vote up the idea. Our understanding is that Blackbaud DOES pay close attention to the idea bank when assessing the product development roadmap, but just because an idea is in it and has votes does not mean it will be implemented.

My last comment would be to ask why this is necessary? I've been asked to print these before and they are often out of date the moment they are printed. Staff should be able to look in the database and see what they need. It CAN be done, but it is a cultural shift in the organization. I get that it might be tough, but there is a system issue that won't allow you to print what people want. Aside from that, there are a lot of reasons why developing a profile for print purposes is not worth spending time on.

I read yesterday that there is a new app that does precisely that. It's from a brand new company called AppsNXT. The app is not free, but I don't know how much it costs.
