One Roster SMS Column Blank- HELP!!!

Hi All,

We use One Roster to sync with our emergency communications system and our One Roster SMS column is blank; however, all employees and parents have a Wireless # in Blackbaud. It was suggested that we map wireless to SMS in Core> Settings> Integration Mapping however, we only have Gender, Race, Ethnicity, and Grade Mapping Available. I put in an emergency case (system down) with support last week and escalated it Monday and have had no follow-up. With school starting I'm having a bit of a panic attack. Thanks in advance for any advice you may have!!

That number is the number entered for text messages under Settings.

@Stephen Boyle so I was thinking that might be the case, but I checked a few people that had #s there and they did not populate on the one roster either.

That number does require the user to do the whole activation email thing. My last guess would be that wasn't set up fully, maybe.
