Tools use for data/address scrubbing

I received address information from various source and data is not always clean. I would love to hear from folks what data scrubbing tool you use to keep the data clean and consistent before importing it to NXT. I appreciate any feedback you can provide.

@Brenda Goo - If you have Address Accelerator, I recommend using that after the address information is imported in RE NXT; it will validate the address and let you know what is wrong with it if invalid.

After importing records into our database: We use AddressFinder, AddressAccelerator (daily and after batch address updating), PhoneFinder, EmailFinder through Blackbaud. We used to use DeceasedFinder but used an outside vendor (direct message me if you want details) for this and emails this year and got very good results. I find that RE NXT Duplicates Management is very good for identifying and clean up duplicate records.
