Parent Login Invitations - able to add/modify text in the email or attach something?

When parents receive invitations to sign-up for Blackbaud, is there any way to modify the text in the email that goes out, or even attach some sort of file like a pdf/guide?

Right now we have teachers send out a visual guide I put together about navigating Blackbaud, but it would be helpful if that were able to be sent out in that initial invitation so parents have that when they first sign up.

Just wondering how other schools work around this in regards to getting parents on board to the portal.

Hi @Nathan Ong -

There are two different BBID invite emails that you can modify. While you can't attach a file to the email, you can add a link to the document.

• Core > Communication > Notifications > Blackbaud ID Invite > Edit
• Core > Communication > Notifications > EMS User Invited to BBID > Edit
