Login Crisis on the first day of school. ONGOING

Hi everyone,

Today was our first day of school. Everything was great, students, parents, and teachers could log in and do their work with no issues. Suddenly, at 12:58pm, we started getting reports of students being unable to log in. More and more students and faculty could not log in to the system.

All of our accounts are locked. When anyone tries to log in, they are prompted to change their password. After doing so, and when attempting to log in, they are again prompted to change their password due to an excess of failed login attempts. This is a loop we cannot escape.

This is only happening to devices on our network. People off-campus can log in without issue. I just logged in on my cell phone using cellular data.

Has anyone experienced an issue like this before? We have an emergency ticket going with support right now.
