Dashboard of approaching milestones

Hi is there a way to create a report/dashboard on Raiser's edge/NXT that shows the constituent Ids of each constituent approaching a milestone by our definitions e.g £75K, £100k, £150K, as far as I know I cannot add a filter on gift amount to find these constituents, is there a way how? If not are there any other solutions to this where I can have the data on RE rather than exporting manually?

Below is an image of my attempt. I cannot seem to exclude constituents that are below and or above a certain amount.

@Samuel Ofosuaah Following this good question. I do something like this in database view but have not tried it in NXT.
