Enrolled Status

How can I move the status of a student to “enrolled” I can't seem to find a way to edit that. Their application, inquiry and acceptance have all been done. We decided to use another way of having them sign our contract - but can't move them to enrolled for some reason.

Hi @Mariella Brown -

To Enroll a Candidate as Student, they need BOTH a school decision and a candidate decision.

You can then utilize the Enroll & Inactivate Candidates Wizard to convert them from a Candidate to a Student.

Depending on your Core set up & timing (future vs. current school year) you may need to “reclassify” your incoming students to be students.

I know sometimes our new students don't show up as enrolled because they don't have a “return” date in their contract, so I would add a date into the contract section!
