Hello,

I might need our IT guy, but I'm wondering where my query goes.. I open database view.. Go to query then reporting but when I export it I can't find it. Please help. Thank you!

You don't need an IT guy for this.

when you export from RE database view, your RE (assuming is hosted by Blackbaud) is in the “remote” system hosted by Blackbaud, your exported files are “located” in the remote system. Read this KB:

@Shauntel Graham, @Alex Wong is correct. Since discovering this very thing early on, I save everything to my hard drive/external server so it is easily accessed - not only by me but my team as well.

@Shauntel Graham agree with @Dana Burton and @Alex Wong if you are able to, I would also update your user options in database view under Tools → User Options within the Administration Tab, you can specify the “Destination” directory under Export default options. You can specify a local network share or user network home drive. An option that is not available is to specify a OneDrive option if you use it on your machine.
