Gift receipting in RENXT: Soup to nuts

I sent out my first batch of email receipts using this feature under fundraising in WebView. Where's my copy of the emails I sent? We are under new leadership and processes are changing (less paper-more automation) Many gifts are only going to be receipted without a letter- now I don't have backup for my auditors. Or do I?

@Jennifer DePardo You should have an option for a Receipt series, click there and you likely have something creatively named ? like Default receipt series and click on that and you will be able to generate individual audit documents.

Thank you- I have this for my pdfs but not emailed receipts. Perhaps I did not ask for that round to create a series…I'll test.

Does the audit document contain all the information about the receipt? When I printed a receipt, the gift information was blank

@Julienne Ricchiazzi Well, that isn't helpful. I pulled one and it was the same, and after reading a little bit I added a receipt link to my default receipt email, sent a test to myself and when I looked at the audit document for the test gift all the information was there? Not sure what all that is about, but maybe try that? Sorry to not be a huge help.
