Email Receipts

How long did it take for your receipts to show up? Mine haven't after a day and I was told by customer service it could be days…I was under the assumption that once a batch was approved, these receipts automatically got emailed for online and offline donations, as long as I had it set up in my donation form designer. (This info was via the article in BB) also, does that mean checks that I enter, will also be emailed a receipt? I was able to run a gift list for earlier in August before we had this set up, and those went out immediately for me. Thank you!

I'm not sure if I'm following you @Melissa Duffy. Is the expectation that the online gifts don't get emailed a receipt until after you batch the gift? I'm not sure it works like that. Can you explain your process a little more?
