Daily Reconciliation with NXT Gifts
Hi All. Last week was our first week using all NXT online donation forms. Still getting over some of the speed bumps, but my main question is concerning daily reconciliation. (Especially since we are at month end.) Using OLX, we were able to match our internal REC REPORTS with a daily BBMS total and send the reports to our Finance Team. However, with NXT, BBMS counts Recurring Gifts and Direct Debits in the daily total as APPROVED without receiving the actual funds. So now RE shows one total and BBMS shows another.
So how is best to match up daily RE totals with BBMS going forward?
