Enrollment Event Registration (New) Broken Screen Emoji

We have tried to use the Enrollment Event Registration (New) form for our open house events. When accessing it we get a broken screen emoji when clicking the link to register. Support hasn't been able to resolve and we get differnet answers - clear cache is not a good answer as how do we relay that to prospective families (and it doesn't always work). Any suggestions?

    @Mary Cummings We had this issue too (and still do). It is because you are logged into Blackbaud (with all the roles assigned to you) when you try to view the registration form. The form is looking for someone new and not already in the system (at least that is my hypothesis). If you use a different browser where you are not logged in or use an incognito browser, you will be able to see the form.

    Also, we had to change the embed code as it wouldn't display correctly. We changed it to <iframe src…
