Teachers/Advisors/Activity Leaders view student applications

Is there a way for teachers/advisors/activity leaders to view student applications? Without turning on access to all of enrollment management, I would like to give them the opportunity to review student's applications as they sometimes contain helpful background and family information.

@Amanda Polson We use Committee Review in Enrollment Management. For our Lower School we have the teachers added to see certain documents, for our High School we have given advisors access to incoming student documents.

@Kathy Hannon Thanks! Does that give the teachers and advisors access to students just when they are going through the enrollment process or can they still see them after a child has enrolled?

@Amanda Polson Yes and the “reviewers” have access to previous years also
