Donation Forms Created in NXT

We created a donation form in NXT, this is our first one. It was tested but we did not receive the thank you letter that was created to be sent to the donor. My question is how do we get the thank you letter to be sent out once the donor has given through the donation form created?

@Adrian Pitts - Folks frequently utilize the eConfirmation/Thank You email that is apart of the form as the Acknowledgement Letter. To edit this, locate your form within Tools > Donation form designer > Edit Form > 3. Confirmations tab > Thank you email section, open email designer.

If you would like to send a physical acknowledgement letter, that will need to be apart of your current process of exporting data and generating acknowledgement letters outside of the system.
