User logging onto RENXT has a "you may be blocking a URL" error

One of our users is trying to log on to RE NXT on her personal Mac Airbook for the first time, after logging on successfully on one of our network PCs. She enters her details, then gets an error saying “You seem to be blocking a necessary URL.” Then it links to this. We have tried it on her home internet network vs organisation, tried clearing cookies (on Chrome), tried opening in Safari but it just wouldn't load the page. I couldn't find out how to allow specific URLs on Chrome, nor on Macs. Has anyone encountered this before?

    @Hannah OGorman I just saw your post and that it had no replies. Were you able to resolve this?

    If not, have you tried any other browsers?

    I couldn't help but wonder if there are additional considerations given that you are in the UK. I know I experienced some differences in accessing websites when I was working in the UK.

    Hi Christine. The user was having other issues with her Mac too so was working with Apple's support on that and in the meantime she was able to get a company PC laptop to work from instead which she has continued using. So I'm not sure what would have resolved it. Very odd as I've never known anyone else have this specific problem, and she was browsing the internet otherwise from that device without any issues.
