2023 BBCON Platform Managers

I am attending BBCon this year and thought I might throw out a suggestion - I am the platform manager for our Educational Suite and would like to meet up with others that run their school's platform. Networking with like positions is a valuable commodity for sharing work arounds, ideas, functionality and such. Years ago, we had an off-Community user group - periodically (usually quarterly) we would have web meetings with a specific agenda item to discuss - it was awesome!

If you are interested in meeting up at bbcon - message me and I would be happy to coordinate a place to meet up. If not attending bbcon and you're interested in a user group for platform managers please let me know.

@Kathy Hannon great idea! I know there is a (large) registrar's listserv, but I am not aware of an existing platform manager group. I will be at BBCON and would be interested in meeting up!

@Kathy Hannon I would be very interested in the Platform Manager group and especially the Registrar group. I don't work at a school, but work with BB schools and am always looking for work around ideas. I have a TON of SIS work arounds I have come up with over the years that I am happy to share! Mostly grading and schedule related. I will be attending BBCon in October and will start printing off some of my examples to bring. Thanks for organizing this!
