Blackbaud Grade Sync with Canvas

Thomas Hottinger

Hello there,

In Canvas, a teacher can assign a status of Late, Missing or Excused for any particular assignment. What is allowed to sync from Canvas to Blackbaud? Does Late? Does Missing? Does Excused? Is there a list of what is allowed to sync from Canvas to Blackbaud?

We keep getting errors when trying to sync a student's status of exempt.

Thank you for any assistance.

Tom
