Training Manual

Adam Eggert

My executive director is looking for me to create a training manual for Raiser's Edge NXT. Everything from how to log in, enter a gift, make changes to records, etc. Does Blackbaud have a manual already created for this or has someone created their own?

@Adam Eggert, I started a thread where you can view different Policy and Procedures (how-to articles with images) as an example to create your own. They are hosted for anyone to check out.

@Adam Eggert - You can find most of the technical instructions on how to do things within RE NXT in the Blackbaud Knowledgebase. Rather than creating a training manual - I recommend you to send new staff members through the training courses available via Blackbaud University (particularly if your org has a Learn Subscription) and work on a Policy/Procedure document that records how your organization uses RE NXT.
