Moved List Column

The question below about “move type” was answered and it led me to the “True NCOA” website that charges $20 to run. I see where I can try it out for free, but wondering if there are any pros/cons to also checking our data with True NCOA alongside what Data Health Tools do for us. Is it the same exact thing?

Our webview ran its quarterly address finder, and the list I saved of “moved constituents” has a column called “Move Type.” They are categorized as either “I” or “F.” Can anybody provide the rest of the word type? What do I and F stand for? Thank you
