Creating custom fields in Notepad that link to fields in other records

Our team is trying to create a new field in the Notepad of a constituent record that pulls data from a Fund record. We've been told by BB support that this isn't possible, but I'm curious if anyone has developed a workaround for something similar. Maybe linking an existing field to a table?

    @Myra Veltkamp - Welcome to BB Community! BB Support is correct, there is no native way to accomplish what you are looking to do. However, there is a potential that you could build a workflow in Power Automate to accomplish this for you using the Create New Table Entry API endpoint -
