Adding Inquiries Via Batch?

Hi Everyone,

I'm working with a school that uses an external custom form for inquiries. They have a process for adding people that go through the Admissions process, but for reporting purposes, they want to go back and add people who never got past the inquiry phase along with the demographic information they collected through the custom form.

Are there any batch processes that could be used to add these inquiries? It seems like a series of data imports could work, but I thought there may be delivered functionality within Enrollment Management that would be more efficient.
