Student Checklist

Hello!

We are trying to implement the student checklists this year. Our goal is to create a place where final transcripts can be uploaded after a student is enrolled. We ideally would like this to be visible by people who are not enrollment managers (ie deans, principals, scheduling team). I know when things get uploaded they go into the Core files and forms, but to my knowledge there is not a way to move that file to the profile from the faculty view. Does anyone else do something like this or know another work around for this? My only thought now would be to have our Platform manager upload everything individually as she is the only person who has access to core. Thanks!

    Hi Christina, we use the Committee Review functionality for this purpose. We created a group called Enrolled and the members are our scheduler, Learning Resources and other faculty that need access to the "final transcript" which is uploaded to the school in Admission. Works great for all the users.
