Google Analytics with Altru Question...

Has anyone had issues matching the number of tickets sold in Altru vs the total items purchased shown on Google Analytics? Altru is showing almost 9500 tickets sold online and Google Analytics total items purchased for the same time frame only showing 5500. #googleanalytics #GoogleTagManager #webforms
