Anyone else noticed "View Email History?"

Anyone else noticed this? They've added a “yield" sign to viewing email history. Why? ?

I haven't seen anything in the “What's New” product updates that mentions this…

@Lee Grisham where is the “yield” sign? I'm not sure I'm following….

  • @Karen Diener The button effectively acts like a yield sign. It just makes sure you want to see that data instead of giving it to you right away. Better than a full stop like “click here to open a list of their email history in a side window!”

OK - that's what I thought you might mean. There are probably 200 things I'd like them to fix before this, but it does seem a little odd to add an extra click!

I've noticed it and have been inconvenienced by it. Constituent records already take long enough to fully load…why add a delay to access useful information? It's annoying and wastes time.

  • @Lee Grisham This is super annoying - especially when trying to review a list of records for bounces which is already an overly complex process. Hey Blackbaud - I don't want to hit a button every time I go to the next record in a list when reviewing email histories.
