Younger Sibling List of Students, Candidates, Alum, Former Candidates, etc.

Using the Sibling block, our application captures the names, ages, grades, and school of applicants' siblings. Admissions wants to mine this information for recruitment. I haven't been able to build a list that pulls sibling school information (grade and school name). This question has stumped BB Support, too.

Hive minds - have you culled candidates' sibling info? Thanks, in advance, for any guidance!

  • @Tina Pappas Thanks for your thoughtful reply. Sadly, I have concluded and BB Support has confirmed that this is NOT possible. ?Here's what they wrote:

    “…Current School and Grade information obtained from responses to questions in the Siblings block of Application Forms does not currently map to fields in the software. It can only be accessed by viewing or printing the completed Application in the candidate's Enrollment Management profile. This explains why we did not have any success in pulling the information into your advanced list.”

  • @Lauren Marcus Eisenberg That's so disappointing. I'm sorry it won't work.

  • @Tina Pappas
    Hello,

    I'm looking for what I think is a simpler list. I want to list all students with concurrently enrolled (younger) siblings, and list the grade level for each. Is that possible?

    Thanks,

    Tony Block

    @Tina Pappas

    Thank you! Some of my field choices didn't align with yours (step 4, fifth bullet, my choice didn't include the peer/peer portion) but it otherwise gave me what I wanted!
