(New) Events Module: how to report on candidates attendance when registration is for Parents / Total Registration Numbers Issues

We have been using the New Event Registration module for a few months and see some problems with the ability to report on the event attendance status vs the total number of registrations. We often set up our events with parent only registrations, still collecting all the pertinent candidate details for record generating…but we want to pull a single report (candidate centric) of the registration and it's attendance status. No report contains all the data only bits here and bits there… The total registration number is also wonky in that it will display a total of all registrants, until you go in and actually update statuses for attendance, whereupon it will then only reflect the the new Attended number as the “total registrations”. These discrepancies are creating a large amount of work for reporting functionality and any other integrated systems like PowerBI that needs to see the status of attended on the candidate record, not tied now to the Parent only…

    Hi @Kate Kovacs - just wanted to let you know that we're going to be doing some clean up on those counts you see in your event to make sure they make sense and give you the specific records you're looking for (ie. total registered will be everyone who registered, Attended will be everyone with a status of Attended, etc.). We're hoping to get those updates out by the end of this year.
