Comments as a merge Field

On my donation form I have comments enabled. I am trying to add the comments to the Thank you receipt. Otherwise I do not see the comments until I download the transaction. I need to be able to see the comments as soon as the donation is made, how can I add them as a field in the Thank you email, or notification copy that I receive.

@Brigitte Hipp - Comments should already be included in the merge field “Transaction Details”. In RE this information is stored in a gift attribute.
