Students not seeing assignment feedback (comments)

We are at a crucial part in our semester where deficiency notices are due and we're heading into the last few weeks of the semester. This morning, we discovered that students are not seeing ANY assignment feedback (comments). I've already opened a case with Blackbaud support but while I'm waiting for a response, I wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing the same problem and/or let others know.

    Access to assignment feedback/comments is set for the Student role in each marking period setup. In Grades > Grading Setup > Gradebook settings. Edit into the current school level marking period which comments are being recorded to and are not visible. Confirm in the ‘Grade Access - Student’ area the dropdown for assignment comments is either set to Always Show or if showing only during a range of specific dates, the current date falls within that range to grant access.

    Yes, thanks. This isn't my area of Blackbaud but when I noticed the problem, I immediately checked in with my people to see if it was a grade access setting but was told it wasn't…. It was. Someone had gone in to turn off grading access for the end of the semester (starting December 11th) but had accidently turned off comment access immediately.
