GA4 Ecommerce tracking: issues with NXT payment forms

Hi Blackbaud community!

I am currently working with our digital agency to get our GA4 properly tracking donations.

However, perhaps due to the iFrame issue of NXT forms on our CMS (Silverstripe) we aren't able to pull through into Ecommerce in GA4. Instead, Events have been set up to track donate button clicks and donation form completions in Looker Studio.

But has anyone had any success in getting their Ecommerce properly displaying in GA4 itself?

    I would love to learn more about how you're measuring donation form completions. I've been wrestling with this myself - right now, I measure donation conversions through clicks to a specific thank you page that I have all of my donation forms redirect to, since I ran into the same iframe tracking issue. Not a perfect solution, of course, though I tried to remove any “noise” by suppressing that thank you page from Google search results and internal search. Would love to know how your looker studio solution works!
