Copying Enrollment From One Course Into Another

I am enrolling students in courses for the first time as part of implementation. Currently, I am not using the spreadsheet to upload them in bulk. What I would like to do is manually enter one class's enrollment, then copy it to another. For example Mrs. X's class are all in Mathematics 1. They are also all in English 1. Can I enter them into Mathematics 1, then tell the system to copy the student enrollments into English 1?

  • @Jennifer Miller - YES! This is very simple AND you can enroll the group in multiple classes in one shot.

    Academics > Requests and schedules > Enroll group > set your filters as needed (see note below)> click Search > click Move All > click Next in the top right >select the appropriate term for the course in which you want to enroll the group > click Next > select all of the courses in which you want to enroll the group

    Note: When you set your filters on the 1st page, once you select the Term, the Group option will become a dropdown list of all of the courses offered in that division for that term.
