Access to view Personas

I'm looking to give a colleague the ability to view anyone's Personas. Short of making a colleague Platform Manager or a clone of Platform Manager, what role will provide this access?

@Lauren Marcus Eisenberg I Believe you may be looking for a “task” these are the individual permissions that make up the access each role has (two roles may have similar, overlapping or identical tasks) the task you're looking for is called “View Access Details” (task ID 53491)

You are correct in that you would need to “clone” the “Platform manager role” however after cloning the role you are able to disable all of the tasks except the ones that you would want enabled ("View Access Details") you might even want to name your new Role similar to the permissions is provides.

Finally you can provide your user the appropriate permissions without over assigning permissions through a premade role.

To find the task

Manage role- NEW → People → My Profile → “View Access Details”

There are two tabs one labeled [Roles] and one labeled [Tasks]

Roles: allows you to create your new role with only one task

Tasks: seems to let you search different functions similar to your question and it will return a list of tasks related to your search.

@Lauren Marcus Eisenberg We avoid cloning platform manager at almost all costs. Even if you uncheck all the tasks, you can’t get at the hidden ones and the user will still have extraordinary access. Usually more than warranted. For a case like this, we would provide the person with a list. SKY lists have persona as a column option. I don’t think I’ve ever looked for it in Advanced Lists.
