Editing Learning Profiles

Hello! I don't deal with learning profiles in Blackbaud much, but got this question from our learning support team:

Is there a way to simply edit existing Learning Profiles instead of having to inactivate them and recreate a new one? It would save me some time for sure and I'd appreciate it

If anyone has any helpful advice, I would love to pass it on!!

@Amy Welsh - See this Knowledge Base article. It may help.

Also, you can create a new version of a LP and copy most of the info from the previous version, then edit and save the new version. If the Prefill button appears when you select a LP template, you can click it to copy info from the current/most recent version for the student.

Hello Amy,

You are able to copy an existing learning profile right from the student progress page in their academic profile. The new copy will then allow you to edit the information. When completed and added to the student page it will show the new dates for that profile.
