Appeal and General Correspondence Responses - Is there a Batch or any other method to mass update Responses?

We use either an Appeal or a General Correspondence to generate emails using a 3rd party Video Email application. We would like to put the constituents email & video responses into Blackbaud in batch. Has anyone done this? Any input/recommendations are appreciated.

We utilize direct marketing efforts to generate our emails lists that utilized a third-party email client that isn't integrated with CRM. We need to track responses to those emails for our metrics. I never found a way to do this in out of the box batches. I would imagine it would require a custom batch type to process in batch.

For our environment I built a tool to add those responses (opens, clicks, bounces, unsubs) to records based on a selection of constituent lookup ids.
