When I got to Gift Management instead of it saying approve it says validate. What do I do to validate the gift. Also I noticed that the dates are from December 12 to 18th. Will validate tab be replaced with Approved tab when the money has been approved? This is the first time I have seen validate and not approve

@Gerri Dudenhoeffer Validate means there is an error somewhere that won't let you “Approve” the batch. It is not intuitive as I haven't personally seen any messages or output that tells you what the issue is to “Validate.” Go through the batch and watch for any flags “!” as those are the gifts that need to be corrected.

@Gerri Dudenhoeffer When I have received this message it is usually because the gift in question has a fund/campaign conflict. Correct that and you can proceed as usual.
