Sorting gifts on the Not Receipted tab of Gifts Receipting

I had someone in our org let me know today that when she went to Fundraising > Gifts Receipts > Not Receipted and selected her gifts list, the gifts all display in a seemingly random order. She said that up until today, they would show up sorted by date, which was much easier to work with.

We played with it but couldn't find a way of changing the sort order. I also contacted Blackbaud support, who suggested submitting an idea to the idea bank.

Have others noticed this change?

@Ben Regier I think you have to open it in Lists to sort it (not in gift receipting).

Hmm, yes - that's what we've been trying so far, but we haven't seen any effect. Are you able to change the sort order in Not Receipted by changing the list sort order in your environment?

@Marie Stark That is incorrect. In Lists, it's in order by date, but in Gift Receipting, the order is seemingly random.

@Ally Nauer You are right, sorry about that. I didn't realize the sorting doesn't pull over to gift receipting.
