Issues with Import File from Omatic taking 2 hours to process

Has anyone run into this? It was fine and then profile became corrupt so we made a new copy and the new import is taking forever to load.

@Suzanne Haggerty If you haven't already, I would definitely reach out to the support desk at IOM.

Beyond that, with all other imports, the speed can vary based on a lot of factors: file size, number of mappings, internet speed, computer speed and BB hosting traffic. It might be worth testing some of those variables as you seek to figure out this issue. If you can, I would also test another IOM profile to see if it functions as expected or if you experience slow speeds there also.

if you are using a data file for import, might want to try with a smaller data file first (i.e. 2-3 rows) and see if you got error.
