SOLVED - NXT Donation Forms lacking important required fields

Hi all, we are Canadian customers and we're really excited about the NXT Donation Forms for a lot of reasons but we're hesitant to start using them as only the phone number field can be set as required. That means that email address and mailing address are optional fields and a donor could make a donation without providing this information. This information is absolutely necessary for issuing a tax receipt (electronic or physical). I have posted an idea here, please vote if you agree if this is a big oversight. I hope I haven't missed some sort of hidden setting but I've looked at it a few times and I'm sure this option is not there.

@Erika Johnston - Thank you for creating this idea! It's curious that you can't make address required on a donation form but you can on an event form.

@Erika Johnston On the NXT donation form, email address is always required. You can make other fields, including mailing address required by going to the form designer (second tab when you are creating/editing a form), click on the address and select to Edit. From here there is a checkbox to make it required.

Hey Samantha - when I go to edit the email field or the address field the only option I have is to include a label. On the phone field I have a checkbox that I can click to make the field required, but it does not appear on the email field or the address field. I am a Canadian customer - just mentioning in case that makes a difference.

I also wanted to add that we've had people make donations through our NXT Forms without an email address appearing on their record. So I'm not sure how they got around that if the email field is required by default.
