Anyone figure out a way to connect the Health Office and Athletics Dept in terms of Student Physicals? How to inform by team sport whose physical is out of date.

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to run a report by sport that also somehow shows the students' last physical date so coaches and our Athletics Dept know that a student's physical is out of date and should not be playing a sport until the new one is on file with the Health Office. I can't seem to run a report either from the Nurse's View or the Extracurricular Persona that can run this type of report (specifically by SPORT).

Curious how other schools handle this.
