@Shelley Bell We use DonorSearch ratings. Here are the column headings and sample ratings with constituent ID used for the import:
PRateDesc is the actual ratingsPRateCat is the category or rating name.
Notes are necessary but help for those who don't understand the rating types.WE have 8 different categories of ratings that we import. I add them in the same order each time I import so that when I do exports, the rating categories are in their own columns. You can get around this by adding a rating name to the Source so you can export specific ratings just by using the Source as the filter.
@Mark Guncheon - this is perfect. Thanks so much. We are actually adding DonorSearch info, so this is spot on. I wasn't sure if I needed an Import ID for Ratings?
