Disconnecting RELO

Hello! Has anyone had the experience of disconnecting RELO, the plugin that downloads updates from Luminate into Raiser's Edge? And if so, did you run into any issues? Do you have any recommendations for disconnecting or not disconnecting the plug in? We haven't used the plugin for many years, and recently we could no longer merge records in RE that were also in Luminate. This was never an issue before. Thank you in advance for your insight and reply!

    @Chris Vaz - I recommend you cross-post this in the Luminate Online Forum as well. I believe you'll need to pay a fee to get the plug-in deactivated, I recommend reaching out to your CSM and Account Rep for more information.

    Thanks @Austen Brown! I will cross post. I also did talk to our CSM and we are basically ready to turn off RELO. I just want to make sure it won't cause any issues that our team is not foreseen it.

  • @Christine Robertson The decision to disconnect was made right before I joined my current org. But being that there were no hiccups at all between then and now, I think it's safe to say it was pretty painless. We have Constituent ID's that begin with LO, which I guess is kind of weird, but doesn't really impact anything.
